You’re right. Mitch tore down the statues without any legal process.

I guess Latoya can just declare a demo of private property on live TV without any legal process

The public permit and governing ordinances give her the right to order demo of private property if it’s a nuisance or unsafe. What don’t you get?

If the city condemns it they can. The council would rubber stamp the order to demo.
