It would sustain on it’s own for a while but I would definitely be concerned they would fall back behind the curve if he left. He put that entire framework in place.

It could but it would take a massive turn of events to undo that well oiled system they already have in place. They would have to hire a bunch of Dave Dombrowski's to screw that up. With that said, they'd probably have a ring to show for it too.
