I heard that temple meat is going to be really hard to find soon, but I also heard that after the hurricaine in the Carolinas a couple of years ago and that didn't happen so...fingers crossed.
I do know that the price is up about 30%-40% which sucks.

I've noticed that as well. They used to give that stuff away. Now its so popular for jamb cooks demand has risen and so has the price. I still buy it because its the best to me for jambs.
