Many products today, ranging from shampoo to food to AmazonBasics, are private label products. Private label products are manufactured by one company for sale under another company’s brand.

One factory may crank out several "brands" of green beans under different labels. Sames for socks, USB cables, etc.

Trader Joe's, Target, Wal-Mart, etc. are full of private label products. They are often identical to brand name products, but they may be made to a particular spec to cut costs.

You likely can't tell if two products are identical just by looking at the label, even if it says they came from the same factory.
