For the number of plants that exist in the area I have never seen a more lifeless place.

Ate up with Culcha... abandoned buildings everywhere... entire neighborhoods abandoned after multiple tropical storm/hurricane hits over the last 20 years.

Then a shitload of vientnamese shrimpers, etc. invaded. It's like a third world country.

Port Neches, Groves, Nederland are the only inhabitable areas within 50 miles.
