fewer menu variations. there's not a single/double, there's not a big mac/whopper, burrito, taco, chicken fries, etc.

always seems to be 2 people dedicated to expedite orders. another person running drinks.

if the expediter is distracted with other crap like running to find cups, drop fries, running back to help the line, etc. that's where it breaks down.

huge to keep the "wrong order" things off the table as it leads to scenes at BK, McDs, etc. Although I do love seeing the idiots storm in from the drive thru complaining that their whopper w/cheese has the cheese on the top instead of the bottom or whatever other dumb shite that's complained about.
