Hearing a cashier talk about her same sex relationship is going to somehow turn your kid into a homosexual through some kind of verbal osmosis?

Maybe just take the opportunity to explain to your kid that everyone is different and thats ok, rather than get upset because someone is different you (i bet youre one of those parents that cannot stand Sesame Street)
