Herman is right. Only Zero knows what he is saying. I certainly don't. I grew up in Lafayette. It is different from Acadian French.

First, all French spoken in Louisiana outside of New Orleans (which is 99%) is Acadian or Cajun French. At best, there are a few words here/there that differ from Lafourche(which is in Acadiana) and western portions of Acadiana. It’s all Acadian or “Cajun” French.

If you can’t understand him (which you do. You’re just being an arse) it’s probably because you’re a city boy. Ask a real Cajun from Crowley or maybe Larose-Cut Off to translate for you

The biggest misconception is that O’s accent makes it hard to understand him. It’s his gravely voice, pure and simple.

You don't need to understand. As long as recruits and his assistant coaches understand him.
Enjoy the results.
