Devin Booker is bad because he didn't get Mose Schrute and Isaiah Canaan involved more?

Ayton only had a 21.2 usage rate, which is too low for a guy with a .608 TSP.
That was as much the Suns lack of direction as Booker, though. Booker isn't a great distributor, but the Suns system wasn't exactly helping him last year.
