Your porch is soiled now, so will be tough to break as long as he still smells it. I dont know what your porch is made of but getting rid of the smell might be the first step. I suggest bleach or vinegar

Actually a small bit of gas added to a spray bottle of water will totally eliminate that smell permanently after u clean it with conventual means. And the gas smell will disperse in like 30 mins.
