Well, he's obviously not fit to coach a soccer team, or really to have any sort of job. He must be fired immediately and not ever hired for anything ever again. And if he were to apologize, that just shows that he knows what he said was wrong and that he shouldn't have said it yet did anyways, which REALLY means he's unfit to coach.

Interesting thing is if a person listens to what he said, then he is saying that he is fine with women earning more than men if the revenue drives such a scenario. He thinks equal pay for the sake of equal pay alone is ridiculous.
But many, including the media, won’t hear that above the screeching, groupthink, and herd mentality.
