People have never changed!
The same types of people are still here today and will be until the end. Only the names and faces have changed.
Look at how often Jesus criticized the priests for their unrighteousness, piety, and lack of love. It should be no surprise that those same types of people are priests today. No scripture is for a set group of people that do not exist today.
Ask me more I'll tell you.

God consistently condemns homosexuality throughout the Bible and there is not one passage of scripture from Genesis to Revelation that's speaks of homosexuality as a positive thing.
Therefore, it's not a mystery how God feels about the subject, nor was Paul coming up with some new teachings.
