If I were to donate $5M to an organization and they wisely spent $3M of it, but spent the other $2M on bone-headed, poorly conceived ideas....I wouldn’t be happy.
Just speculating....but maybe this will result in more control and efficient use of the funds? Just a thought.
Maybe nothing really changes but the funds are stretched further on the academic side?
