The Draft and Rosters tabs in the league site will have information as well as the first four posts of this thread.
As far as printable, I guess you could go to the Fantasy Premier League website and find the player pool under Statistics.
The draft starts whenever you pick. We essentially need to cover at least a round (10 picks) per day as the first match kicks off in two weeks, and there are 15 rounds.
