They operate under the exact same conflict and until they change that conflict they don't get to pick and choose who should have to sit for 4 years. You and I know, Congress would NEVER agree to that regulation just like they would never agree to term limits. So no, Warren can choke on her peace pipe. She was grandstanding over a nonexistent hypothetical which she herself would never write into law for her position.

It is being talked about but will probably never happen.

I understand that. All I'm saying is that she is correct. It is a conflict on interest. I'm not saying I agree with what Congress does. I'm just saying that technically she is correct.
