Better way to think of it: there is so much shite in the canal that the water level at the lake is several feet lower than the water level at the SWBNO pump station.

Remember, this could be the result of deferred dredging. Might not simply be garbage, although the SWBNO tried to blame it on a trampoline this morning. They should know better than to do that.

gotcha...i guess that would me the level in the 17th Street Canal would also be lower than the level at the SWB pump station
