re: New Orleans Short Term Rentals

i’m looking into that but i haven’t had a chance to see what requirements have to be met to be a hotel. i know i would have to get a zoning exception as hotels are not permitted in my area. There are a bunch of applications for zoning exceptions pending though so this seems to be a common idea. My biggest concern is i believe it requires a staffed lobby.
