The cool story was from December 2012. Herman worked for Meyer continuously through the 2012-2014 seasons. He. Was. Not. Fired.

Yes. Herman was fired. You can tell by the part where Urban Meyer says, "You're fired!" with the veins popping out of his neck, then maybe punches the wall.
And, yeah, Meyer reversed it in probably a matter of minutes. But at that point in time his arse was fired.
Meyer was just as adamant about the Jugs machine at Florida and Utah. Maybe that's one reason he had 3 Natty's and the highest W/L percentage of active Div 1 HC's. Not saying the only reason. But definitely one of them.
