If you were at the apartment as a result of your job your treatment may be covered by workers compensation. Have your employer report it a and let the carrierinvestigate and decide.
You may also have a claim against the apartment owner if they cleaned up the water and failed to dry up the tile area then told youit was safe to access.

I've seriously thought about litigation against the apartment complex over this.
The only reason I haven't retained counsel is the guy that cleaned the floor is just an average Joe. I don't want to frick him up, he's just trying to make a living like the rest of us.
If it was against the property management company then I'd be all for it,
