I just made that up, but there's an 80% chance it's gonna happen. Scumbag lawyers take those cases, because they know Disney will just settle. That's just how society is nowadays

Why would they settle this particular case? There won't be any public outcry against a Disney security guard (if it was even one of their employees who did it) breaking up a fight with a chokehold. What would be Disney's incentive for settling to make this go away?
