typically sushi places and gastro pubs

it's referred to as reverse happy hour and usually between 8-11pm

A lot of places have work happy hour, 3-6 or 4-7 and then a late one after 9 or 10.

I would just find a bar nearby with a happy hour going on during that time. If you live in Dallas, I'm sure there are plenty of options.

There aren't many more depressing places to get drunk at than a Chilis if you ask me. Trust me, I know from experience.
