Re-sign Thad and go after Rubio? Feels like TJ will replace Bojan.

TJ is likely a replacement. Somebody giving Bojan a bag. I think Rubio is most likely. If they somehow have a path to max money, they could seriously pursue Kemba and have a nasty backcourt when Oladipo returns.
