Yes, those expenses (and other daily run rate for the hospital) are for the bed/room charges.

Where do I sign up to get that grass cutting contract?
How big is the area to cut?
You can hire 4 or 5 full time employees for that 300k a year and get them the latest and greatest zero turn mowers every year.
