That whole situation feels weird. You going to really make players find and pay for living in 2 different cities in a season?
ETA: I know typically when a team trades for a player they put that player up for the remainder of the season. That's why I find it weird you would ask them to pay for multiple living accommodations in a season.

It's insane if anyone thinks it'll work beyond just guaranteeing Montreal gets them completely.
