Also there should be some kind of Judicial review/punishment for the state level judge that made this ruling.
Take out either of those variables, and this case never exists
I guess the SC could deem the state law unconstitutional somehow, but they don't want to touch it

But the gays weren't discriminated against....
If I'm not mistaken, she didn't refuse to serve them because they were gay. She would happily make them a cake. Just not the cake they wanted. She would have made them a plain cake, would she not?
