It felt like that looked. It popped and I couldn’t walk off at all. We were looking at it on the sidelines and if anyone moved my foot, I couldn’t move it back, it just stayed in the same spot. It was not painful at all, just really creepy to have your foot bent at an angle and not being able to move it back.

The pharmacy is finally open today and I got some muscle relaxers. Hoping that helps with the Charlie horse in the calf.
