I do that from time to time if I'm in a rush want want an egg sandwich.

I spray Pam in the bowl so that the egg slides out and bowl cleans easy

Add salt and pepper, 40 secs. Slide to toasted bread or bagel, add cheese.

Actually pretty damn good and I can toast the bread and start the microwave while I'm doing other things getting ready in the morning
