Red Snapper Recipes?

Went yesterday for the first time snapper fishing and so I would like to know how you guys like to cook them. Any one have some recipes to share? TIA

I usually grill them. Some sort of light seafood seasoning or you could just use salt and pepper. Maybe some lemon butter.

Seriously though, what I typically do is make a foil pan and do them on the grill. I season with lemon pepper and a tiny bit of garlic and then drizzle them with lemon butter as they cook.
