People keep parroting this yet we spend more money on schools per capita than a lot of places. It’s almost like the lack of accountability for job performance leads to poor job performance and results.
Also the policies that incentivize being poor pushed down on us from Washington and self loathing progressives continue to destroy the family unit, and in turn respect for authority. This leads to shite schools even more so than borderline mentally handicapped students trying to learn calculus.
