Les’ ego got a bit big after 07, then winning like we did in 11 up till the title game was further validation of doing it “his way.” (At least in his own mind.) factor in the Perrilloux fallout into conservative offense and poor QB evals, and his stubbornness (which he admitted was his biggest flaw) and there you go. Hard to find a better Sunday-Friday coach tho. No doubting his high character and integrity.
