It is sad to know that John Walton will no longer be accompanying me on my morning drive. I have been listening since they emerged out of the wasteland that was New Orleans radio in the early 1980's at WQUE And have followed them and their cast of characters around the dial. They have been local radio.

Remember Mr. Kenneth breaking out his Wang ....computer
Billy Ed bringing in his dog, Secs and they would have Secs on the air. I still miss ole Amos and his stories. Abdul Khamel Jockee and his 7-11 specials or when We found that Mr. Eaux was really Craven Morehead . Back in the 80's they were really just WRONG.......it was great.They destroyed their competition.

I wonder what Shari Bernardi is doing these days?
