A lot of people complain about being in debt then do insanely stupid shite like this.
Wife and I had our whole wedding for $7k. Everyone had a blast it was a celebration then we went on a nice one year anniversary trip.
Wedding costs are especially insane because most marriages end up failing anyway. I blame Instagram.

The family my son is marrying into is huge and they know lots of people. They will likely have 200+ invitations.
