Leaving at the end of this week so giving this a bump to see if I get any other suggestions. Thanks again for all of the ones so far.

Mountain Lyon Cafe in Silverthorne is an excellent choice for breakfast or lunch. Butterhorn Bakery in Frisco is great for outdoor brunch and lunch with homemade pastries and breads. Arapahoe Cafe on the lake in Dillon does a great job on lunch and dinner. They always have daily specials that are a welcome respite from the usual "mountain food". The Lost Cajun in Breck puts out some pretty good cajun food.
