Are any of you into birdwatching?
Lake Martin is interesting, and a good site to see roseate spoonbills.
Grand Isle might be too far for a daytrip unless you start out really early....but a worthwhile trip if you enjoy fishing, crabbing, low key hanging out at the beach.
