I think I have it figured out, but now I'm on to the distribution part.
What would be the best way to get it out to our guys so that they basically just pull up the file and it's got updated pricing. They don't have to save the updated version every time, they can just open it and it's got updated pricing. Similar to just opening a website or an app and the info is up to date. If I kept it as an excel or google sheets document would Drive or Dropbox be the best way to do this?

Any shared cloud platform would work. Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, etc.
If it’s an Excel file, Google will force it to Sheets when opened from Drive and may lose some functionality.
