If only. China is building subs and space-based weapons platforms with the largess off our stolen IP and manufacturing. It's insane that this can continue at our expense...and it won't; lest Trump be outed. Of course, China is being a loan shark to many places in the World, such that they will have certain property Rights...enforcing them is another thing.
