Have never been to MN, but have visited neighboring states in summer and have also been in subzero temperatures. For that alone (and what I assume to be unrelenting depression 6-8 months per year), zero chance Minnesota outranks most sunbelt states in terms of quality of life. Also I would assume the food sucks arse like most of the north. I watched the Astros play the Twins in an early-May series and it was sub-40. That is laughable.
