Maybe get Ben McDonald as HC/PC and keep Cain as recruiting coordinator and go hire a fricking hitting coach maybe Todd Walker. With the group I mentioned I don't think we lose 12-1.

Cannizaro was already in the Yankees organization as a well respected scout. I'm not sure what all of his duties were. Plus he was well into his 30's. He's 40 now. Plus he was a premier college hitter.
Ochinko is barely 30 with no experience of any kind in any organization other than LSU and he was a marginal college hitter in his own right.
They aren't very comparable.
