Scenic is about even. Huntsville has Monte Sano and Bham has Red Mountain. Both border its downtown. Schools probably lean Bham because of the suburban districts, though Madison outside of Huntsville has great schools. Bham City schools are worse than Huntsville City schools. Don't know enough about Huntsville neighborhoods to say. Huntsville definitely has lower crime.
