Jamie kills Cersei - I think this does happen.

Yara kills Euron - No. Euron will run away or Cersei will kill him I believe.

Arya finishes her list (Ilyn Payne, who else?) She will probably kill Payne. Her list is just him, the mountain and Cersei left I believe.

Bronn kills Qyburn, takes the gold and leaves - Bronn will turn and probably get killed for it.

Sam goes back to Horn Hill with Gilly - yes.

Gendry inherits Storms End (with Arya?)- Probably

Jamie inherits Casterly Rock - I think Jamie is killed after killing Cersei. Tyrion will get the Rock

Sansa inherits Winterfell (Brienne stays with her) - Yes

Jon and Dany rule (King and Queen - Tyrion is Hand, Varys back to Spymaster) Way too many happy endings - I think Dany will die sacrificing herself to save Jon. As a strange turn of roles. Jon will sit on the throne.
