The murder rate was a lot higher before we started locking these psychos up. We live in the safest time.

Again, if you want to live next to them go for it. I’m not gunna stop you.

Now if you want to talk about nonviolent crimes that’s a different story. But most of the guys in Angola weren’t dealing weed
