They will make some big announcement that will dominate the news cycle before congress even gets to see the report. This means after the Democrats read the report and release there BS talking points to the media, they will only get a fraction of the news coverage it would otherwise get.

You fool! They will claim that Barr and Trump's pre-release presser before muh-congressional oversight can be implemented is in itself obstruction!!
