And why bring up football comparisons when talking baseball? You do know the allowed difference in paid assistants between the two? Scholarships?

100% true. O didn't hire Aranda, Miles did.
But they have to absolve the current HC for any mistakes. In three years, evidently, he's made no mistakes. It's always someone else.
