I would prefer for no classic movies to be remade.
Why cant a movie just be great any more? And %99 percent of the time you remake a classic it ends up sucking anyway.

Many famous classics are remakes. And movies can still be great. One of the best movies of the '50s, A Star is Born, is a remake of a remake. And the one last year was pretty good.
I would normally say only remake bad movies that wasted a good premise, but the first 3 versions of A Star Is Born are all classics, so hire talented people and do whatever the eff you want.
