"Louisiana GOP lost several State House races to Democrats last night"
So there were three elections held on March 30th of which the Republicans lost a single seat to a Democrat and a seat to an Independnt.
I'm confused as to how you came to your conclusion that the Republicans lost several house races to Democrats when in reality they lost only one.
