Until the " how can I profit " mentality of Louisiana politicians is stamped out, nothing will change. It's due to " what do I get for nothing " mentality of Louisiana voters.

Uh no 18th district is very democrat. Plus Jeremy LaCombe has done alot for that area which includes New Roads, Fordoche and Livonia. He also is from that area so he has a ton of kinfolk there. He also does a real big fundraiser for cancer in August in that area.
