Anybody here workout at D1 Shreveport?

I’ve never done much working out, so I need guidance in getting started. Trying to decide between classes there or if it would be best to start with a personal trainer. Any thoughts?

What kind of workouts? If you’ve never worked out I’d recommend doing low impact/low weight stuff on machines to strengthen your muscles for a couple weeks to a month before moving on to free weights. The biggest thing when starting out is form over weight.
