Please understand, it doesnt matter if he was offereing groceries...the violation is offering inducements to get a commitment. THAT is a violation. Even if the player was never even contacted by the handler.

And spare me the "he has to testify in a federal trial" stuff. If his testimony is going to be he did nothing outside of the rules, then there should be ZERO conflict with him going in an ssying thatbto Alleva, compliance, and others.

The easy tell in this whole thing is NONE of these idiots trying to justify wades actions, will actually talk about only wades actions..you'll hear, "coach K, or bill self, or everbody does it" etc...but no one, not even wade, will discuss his actual words.
