What was the offer? how do you know it was illegal?

Wade has not admitted to making an illegal offer. Javonte Smart has not admitted receiving impermissible benefits. Has anyone presented any tangible evidence of imprmissible benefits to anyone? If its not admitted or confirmed no violations occurred. Anyone can infer all they want but the NCAA does not have a case at this point.
