Only things worries me a little is that he definitely peeks in the backfield at snap. May be bad thing on a out and up route. Really keeps eyes locked in on QB late in the route. Other wise big time STPUD!

Doesn’t worry me. Means he has confidence in his instincts of staying on the receivers hip in man.

I’d much rather a guy have ball awareness and know when it’s coming than keeping their eyes on the receiver, which has been somewhat common place with some of our DB’s. Not everyone can stay in the hip in man though without using their eyes.

I wouldn't worry about Ricks. He's as good as I've seen coming out of high school.
